We check out your application and get in touch with you. Ideally to arrange a date for an interview.
We meet up with each other to answer any questions and get to know one another.
If everything works out, you’ll get a contract of employment to sign and be welcomed into our team.
FAQs about applying to M&R
What we want to do is to make everything as easy as possible for you. So you can always ring us up beforehand to enquire about working at our company if you wish. However, we do need to have your actual job application in writing – by post or by email. Don’t worry though. You don’t need to write a long text. All we need is a short letter consisting of two or three sentences saying why you want to join our company and what job you’re interested in. Plus your CV and photo. That’s it.
